HOUSE CLEANING

Regular cleaning (same as maintenance cleaning) and/or deep cleaning.

Regular/maintenance cleaning includes: cleaning bathroom(s), dusting furniture in all rooms, wiping down all kitchen cabinets on the outside, cleaning microwave inside, mopping floors, and vacuuming all carpets and flooring.

Optional add-ons include: cleaning refrigerator inside, stove inside, cabinets inside*, scrubbing baseboards*, cleaning windows inside*. *Rates vary depending on quantity. Deep Cleaning is a top-to-bottom cleaning which involves a deep clean of all areas detailed in the regular cleaning, plus: scrubbing baseboards, wiping down doors, wiping down light fixtures and ceiling fans (if reachable/not too high), cleaning behind small furniture (if not too heavy to move), and removing, washing, drying and placing back all vents.

 

Frequency for both regular and deep cleaning can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
